JOB TITLE: Software Development Engineer - 1

Must Have
? Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
? Sound understanding of CS fundamentals and Data Structures.
? Knowledge of RDBMS
? Can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond the standard tasks
? Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc
Good to Have
? Worked on some good projects of your own
? Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Role
? During training - Ensure completion of assignments in the given time -
Reachout to the mentor(s) in a timely manner in case of any doubts
? Post training - Follow the development best practices taught during the
training
- Put in best effort to complete the assigned task as per the
timelines.
- Reach out to the project lead in a timely manner in case of any
doubts
- Be punctual for scheduled meetings and discussions.
