Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution in complex situations.
  • Design, implement, and manage HR programs, policies, and practices.
  • Participate in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and advice to managers regarding performance management, employee development, and engagement.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.
