Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies and plans
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the interview process

Tools Used

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • CRM and HRIS software

Collaboration Style

Highly collaborative. Must work well in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.

Challenges

  • Finding quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions
  • Streamlining the recruitment process to reduce time-to-hire

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS software
